As an individual, the Sales Support Representative will function as part of a team environment to ensure smooth transaction processes and create on-going positive customer experiences

Essential Functions:
As a Wyatt Aerospace employee, the Sales Support Representative will be responsible for activities including:

  • Answering the telephone in overflow situations
  • Responding to e-mails in an overflow situation
  • Conferring with customers by telephone or in person
  • Entering customer/vendor quotes
  • Assist in generating reports, gathering date and making phone calls when requested
  • Assist in verifying Sales Orders are Closed
  • Filing and Re-Naming (Customer Invoices, Certs, Office and Parts Vendors)
  • Submit bi-monthly time sheet
  • Manage company events (Quarterly outings, employee birthday’s, holiday’s, lunches)
  • Stock non-aircraft parts cabinet, kitchen and employee workspaces’
  • Mailing
  • Any other projects as needed by Management

Job Summary:

  • Responsible for the development of new business and the retention and growth of existing business
  • Plan and direct sales activities for deeper market penetration
  • Develop product and service strategies
  • Directly manage key customer relationships

Essential Functions:

  • Respond promptly, professionally and accurately to inbound sales inquires
  • Ensure that all quotes and sales transactions comply with the requirements of our Quality Management System and industry regulatory compliance
  • Advise business on factors affecting the buying and selling of the company products and services
  • Compile and maintain lists describing product offerings
  • Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows as required
  • Develop pricing strategies, balancing organization objectives and customer satisfaction
  • Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, analyzing and monitoring market trends
