Lexie began her career in aviation in 2019 and has developed a strong, well-rounded background in aircraft maintenance operations. As a Repairs Coordinator, she supports maintenance teams by coordinating repairs, managing communication with vendors and repair shops, and helping ensure work is completed efficiently and accurately.

She brings a can-do attitude to her role and believes in stepping in wherever help is needed to get the job done. Lexie enjoys learning and gaining a deeper understanding of mechanical and engineering systems, which allows her to better support maintenance decisions and communicate effectively with vendors and technicians. Building strong relationships with vendors and repair facilities is a key part of her approach, as collaboration is essential to success in the aviation industry.

Outside of work, Lexie spends most of her time with her two daughters, shuttling them to and from school and sports activities and making time for hiking trails or paddling on the water together. In quieter moments, she enjoys reading, watching movies, and staying active with her family.
